Kyle Doney
As the President of LVN Real Estate, Kyle sets the vision for the company and leads his team to be Denver’s foremost home buyer. Kyle is an Air Force Veteran, having served both stateside and overseas for six years. He entered the real estate industry in 2013 and has since established himself as a successful operator in the Denver market. Outside of work, Kyle indulges in his hobbies of motocross, biking, hiking, and snowboarding.
Lee Morrow
Lee is the Chief Operating Officer at LVN Real Estate, where he leads the Sales and Marketing Divisions. With over a decade of experience in corporate finance, Lee has developed a keen eye for strategic planning and management. Apart from his professional life, Lee enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends, as well as exploring the many attractions that Colorado has to offer.
Josh Morse
As an Acquisition Manager and a Partner in LVN’s Texas Division, Josh is dedicated to providing effective home solutions. He oversees operations to ensure that the business runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis. Josh’s passion for real estate is evident in his drive to constantly excel in his role. In his free time, Josh enjoys exploring new places, trying different cuisines, and keeping up with the latest developments in the UFC and the automotive world.
Isabel Ticsay
Isabel is an Executive Assistant at LVN Real Estate. She is a highly skilled professional who provides administrative and logistical support to senior executives in an organization. During her downtime, Isabel enjoys engaging in art and craft activities, watching movies, and taking in the soothing vibes of the beach.
Mario
As the Project Manager for LVN Real Estate, Mario is responsible for overseeing all rehabilitation projects from inception to completion. He is committed to ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on schedule, and he is tasked with managing contractors, procuring materials, and design. Mario has a decade of experience as an Army veteran, which he brings to bear in his role at LVN. When he’s not working, Mario loves spending quality time with his two sons and engaging in outdoor activities.
Zylan Park
Zylan is the Operations Manager for LVN Real Estate’s Texas division. With a strong passion for building genuine relationships, Zylan is committed to providing the best value for his clients. Drawing from his extensive background in Real Estate, Project Management and Corporate Operations, Zylan excels at streamlining processes, reducing costs for his customers, and ensuring top-notch service throughout the entire process. Zylan loves nothing more than spending time with his family. He’s also a travel enthusiast and enjoys time on off-road trails exploring new areas.
